Hilton Alexandria Old Town Hotel

During my stay, the wide range of specialty food and drink options at the hotel made my experience truly delightful. The full-service Starbucks was a lifesaver for my early morning meetings, providing me with the fuel I needed to kick-start my day and keep me going. The staff's attention to detail and willingness to go the extra mile felt like a breath of fresh air compared to other experiences I've had.

As a tourist, I loved the convenient location near the Metro and the easy access to Old Town via the Free Trolley on King St. The beds were super comfy, making for a restful stay.

It is a pleasant hotel and I liked its stylish rooms and welcoming personnel. The setting is favourable and stunning, adjacent to the Metro, 1767 King Street.

The staff is accommodating, the breakfast delicious, the ocation is incredible so close to shops and King Street.

We had a wonderful stay at this luxurious hotel. The location was perfect, right next to the King Street Metro stop. It was so convenient to be able to hop on the Metro and explore the city. The staff was amazing, providing exceptional customer service. Ron, the evening bartender, was especially friendly and made sure we had a great experience.

Across a metro station, offered great staff assistance, had a good location, accommodated to requests with a friendly attitude, had clean rooms.

The hotel was stunningly beautiful and fairly clean with a nice bar. I loved configuration of the double room. The food was outstanding and there were a wide array of dishes in the menu.

Actually everything was excellent, you're dope! Clean hotel, extremely comfy beds, hot breakfasts and consistently courteous staff. The venue was set in the central position close enough to King Street Metro station, downtown, subway.

I recently stayed at Hilton Alexandria Old Town for a quick overnight trip to attend a concert. The staff was incredibly helpful and the location was perfect for easy access to DC. The room was spacious, clean, and surprisingly quiet despite the metro running nearby. I loved having a Starbucks in the lobby and the fitness room was better than most hotels. With superb customer service and great amenities, I will definitely be coming back!

The hotel was conveniently located next to a Metro station, making it easy to access the airport. the rooms were well, appointed and seemed to have been recently renovated. the staff were friendly and helpful, especially the evening bartender Ron. the food at the restaurant was outstanding, some of the best I've had in a hotel bar/restaurant. the restaurant manager was attentive to guests, ensuring they enjoyed themselves.

The customer service could be improved. the front desk wasn't able to assist when my husband arrived early and couldn't check, in.

The fitness center and swimming pool were excellent - a perfect way to stay active and have fun. The concierge services were incredibly helpful, making it easy for us to explore Alexandria and find great family-friendly activities. The complimentary Wi-Fi was a big plus, keeping everyone connected and entertained during our downtime.

My kids wished the hotel had a larger play area for children.

The location was amazing, with easy access to the metro, we didn't need to rely on Uber or Lyft to get around. The clean and soundproof room made our stay comfortable. The lobby restaurant and Starbucks were convenient for a quick bite or coffee. Being so close to everything including the Metro added a lot of value to our trip.

The rooms are spacious and comfortable, with nice views of the George Washington Masonic Monument. The staff is friendly and helpful, providing excellent service. Guests can enjoy a cup of coffee from the Starbucks in the lobby to start their day. Additionally, there are plenty of restaurants and shops within walking distance from the hotel.

It is disappointing that there is no complimentary breakfast offered.

Finding out about the construction work after stepping into a cold, unwelcoming lobby was such a delightful surprise.

I always choose this place for my stay. The staff once got me a hot drink in the cold. It suits me perfectly, with Wi-Fi, 24-hour reception, fitness studio, and more. I'm coming back for Easter.
